Six Month Programme

FutureSkills could include an "Outside the Box" Audit from a customer/management/staff/competitor perspective, the development of a Strategic and/or Marketing Plan, a Managing Change Schedule and/or a 6 month Skills Development Programme to ensure you maintain momentum to keep ahead of the game.


Who Participates?

A team of up to ten people - this might be all people in a small business or could be multiples of ten by department/division in a larger organisation.


What does the Skills Development Programme cover?

A specifically tailored and participative training & development series of modules to suit your business and your people giving twelve full days training and consultancy plus preparation and debriefings.

Subjects to choose from include:

  • Planning - a flexible working process benchmarking organisations development along the way.

     

  • Culture - The way we work around here - attitudes, values, principles and standards all contribute to the "success factor" in the way you work.

     

  • Building Relationships - "Partnering" customers, staff and suppliers to ensure everyone "owns" business success and development.

     

  • Information Technology & Advanced Communication -  practical involvement in relevant advances in multimedia, the Internet and the world wide web.

     

  • Managing and embracing the new - how to spot and harness change.

     

  • Future Managers - how to become facilitators, motivators and innovators to lead rather than direct.

     

  • Creating Differences - putting yourselves in front by creativity, new thinking and vision.

     

  • Personal Development - individual self responsibility characterises the work focus of all really successful organisations.  "Mind Gym" is a CD ROM/Video programme we use for this module.

How does it work?

A Director from Warwickers undertakes an exploratory meeting to determine objectives, people, programmes and timescale.  From this a no obligation proposal is prepared and sent to you covering all the above, and any other relevant aspects.

 


How will we afford the time?

Whilst inevitably there will be some "time cost" from such an investment in the future, careful planning of the programme will minimise the intrusion into day to day affairs ensuring the needs of the organisation come first.
