Six Month Programme FutureSkills could include an "Outside the Box" Audit from a customer/management/staff/competitor perspective, the development of a Strategic and/or Marketing Plan, a Managing Change Schedule and/or a 6 month Skills Development Programme to ensure you maintain momentum to keep ahead of the game. Who Participates? A team of up to ten people - this might be all people in a small business or could be multiples of ten by department/division in a larger organisation. What does the Skills Development Programme cover? A specifically tailored and participative training & development series of modules to suit your business and your people giving twelve full days training and consultancy plus preparation and debriefings.
