TEAMS AND TEAMBUILDING

THE WHOLE IS GREATER THAN THE SUM OF ITS PARTS

IF ONE COG IS LOOSE, THE WHOLE MACHINE STOPS WORKING

WE CAN HANG TOGETHER – OR HANG SEPARATELY!

Although most organisations employ people as individuals, most of their work is done in teams.

Everyone has to be prepared to represent the team and speak with its united voice.

By successful teamworking people can make better use of their collective skills, make better quality decisions, get more enjoyment from their work – and maybe even have fun!

It is vital that each individual understands his or her ‘team type’. Different people have different skills, attributes and characteristics. It’s so important that people recognise these differences and find ways to harmonise; if they cannot, conflict usually ensues.

The WARWICKER WORKSHOP will give practical methods and proven strategies to help diverse groups thoroughly understand their differences, and go on to harness this diversity positively, to achieve common objectives.
